MY APPROACH AND WHAT I CAN DO FOR YOU
During a personal consultation, we will discuss what your wishes are and we will look for apartments and houses that are on the market in Amsterdam that meet these wishes.
Subsequently, I will draft an agreement that we will both sign, which will establish all (financial) agreements: this will prevent any unwelcome surprises later on.
Every day, you will receive an overview of the latest listings. This is not a generic email: I will scan the listings for you, and where relevant, will add my remarks and hesitations.
I will schedule viewings for you and will be there to guide and assist you during the appointments.
Once we have found your dream home, I will consult with the land registry, municipal organizations, the VvE association of owners, etc. in order to investigate all the legal, environmental and structural aspects of the property. I will also offer a valuation and assess the structural condition of the property.
I will negotiate with the seller on your behalf, and will not only achieve a favorable purchase price, but will also arrange for the best possible purchase terms and conditions.
I will review the purchase agreement and join you at the appropriate civil-law notary's office for signing.
Together, we will inspect the property on the day of closing before we go to the notary's office to sign the deed of transfer.
I will be available at all times to answer your questions and will stay on top of developments and opportunities in Amsterdam's real estate market for you. I will also inform you promptly of upcoming Open House days, etc. Where necessary, there is always room to update or realign your wishes.
Before, during and after closing I will remain available to you as your personal advisor and counsel.
